Folding cartons are made using punch-cut and folded paperboard. The thickness used depends on the size and construction of the box.

Folding Cartons

The process of making folding cartons is simple. First, we print the carton; then we cut along the punched fold; and finally, we glue it together.

These kinds of boxes have a really big advantage; they can be stored flat, and so take up less space. The boxes can then be folder manually before use, which is a quick and easy process.

Below are some examples of previously completed orders and prices for 100 – 1000 pieces.

Unfortunately, box sizes are not necessarily reflected in the price (i.e. a half-size box does not equal half the price). Individual orders prices are calculated for specific products, and are not transferrable to other products.
